Hi all

Let me brief you

I've had episodes in the last few months battling this sick

Condition called anxiety and my main trigger for it is when it hits my sleep

What happened is that recently it kept me awake the whole night ie the thought of the clock ticking and I was too alert , this made anxiety worse and as you can imagine makes you feel awful throughout the day

My fear is this happening again each time I sleep

I'm resisting any meds

I've read about caffeine etc but I'm wandering if this really is the issue . As I have stayed off this but symptoms are still there

I know it's a battle over the mind

Any advice ???

Yes i think its true you have to learn how to calm down when i used to not care about it i felt so much better but when i feel low and anxious my sleep problems are awful yesterday i got to sleep for like 8 hours after two days of only 5 hours of sleep in total and i didnt take any sleeping medications i prefer taking antidepressant before sleeping medications because my main issue is my anxiety and you have to know how to treat the disorder that is causing insomnia, i had a thyroid blood test to check my hormones and it came out normal on monday or tuesday im having a magnesium test to check my magnesium levels because it is very important to your body , yesterday before i went to sleep i took magnesium and i had some chamomile tea , i hope that you will find relief asweell . I will pray for you
