I've had some itching in my vagina for several months/ years. Can someone help identify what is it?

I am a female in her early 20s. For as long as I can remember, I have had yeast infection in my nether regions. Even as a child.

For several years, I've experienced the occasional itching and pain around my labia. However, this has gotten worse in the past couple of years.

I've noticed several small "tears" from my labia to my anus. These usually bleed a little. Sometimes it can be difficult to wash as it stings upon contact with water.

I have not seen a doctor as I can never muster the courage/ I'm on my period when I want to.

I've had 3 sexual partners in total (male and all virgins supposedly). I haven't had sex in the past couple of months.

I'm a little worried that its an STD of sorts as I don't want to affect my partner. Also the itching is driving me crazy!!

I am getting a bit desperate, but I have no easy access to medical services right now and thus am looking for help from online... Please help!

Honey.

Well, from what I see I suggest you seek medical attention quickly so you get this illness out of your system. The earlier the better. Just be courageous, go meet a physician.

I will when I get a chance. Unfortunately its not a viable option for me until in August or so. (for reasons that I am not comfortable w sharing).

Until then I'm just holding out and hoping for the best

.. Self diagnosis can be something scary . Getting a simple swab test for everything possible can help ..

It seems like you might have some type of rash going from anus up towards your vagina and it's peeling...

You should try a&D ointment and see if that helps any.

I have never had any issues like this .

why aren't you able to have access to a doctor if you don't mind me asking .

I guess the easiest way to explain would be "financial issues" and "trust issues", along with "no doctors nearby"

I really would suggest medical attention when available, I would suggest female itching ointment, and try to keep it very clean. Coconut oil can help and black tea if you heat it up, let it cool and apply it helped me with itching from tears down but they didn't look like that, sorry I couldn't be of more help!
