I've had these red spots on my glans for over a year, please help

Hi everyone, I have been so sad and depressed because of the state of my penis over the past year. If anyone could offer some guidance I'd truly appreciate it. I have these red spots only on the head of my penis, they are slightly raised and patchy. They do not cause any discomfort, and don't itch at all. I would say maybe they do feel a little tender sometimes. If I use some type of useful emollient or oil, it does help get rid of the dryness and scaliness. But If I don't use any it usually is a little more dry and scaly. I have a feeling it is psoriasis, but I am not sure. It also looks the most worst right after showering, or right after any sexual activity. I am also circumcised. I attached 3 different pictures, in one picture, it is barely noticeable, but it is rarely like this. And in another picture, when I have an erection, the red spots become much more apparent.

This does look nasty! Have you had this medically checked? There can be several different possibilities - you may have a severe Dermatological reaction going on, or, one of the Lichen based skin disorders, such as Planus or Sclerosus even though you are circumcised conditions such as this are possible ...

As this is impacting on your mental heath you need to get this sorted sooner, rather than later. Get to see your Regular Doctor / GP - or go along to a Specialist Sexual Health Service such as a GUM Clinic at a General Hospital, or a City Centre Walk-in Sexual Health Service ... please have the determination to get this sorted .......

Psoriasis is a possibility - have you been checked by a Medical professional yet?!

No, I will be going soon. I have to wait until 2019 to see a good dermatologist. But for now I will get STD check. Do you think it looks horrible? I don't want to digust future partners 😦

In terms of future partners, I think you will need to highlight your fears on this with the Derm - but there are lots of ways of satisfying a partner without having your penis out for inspection ..... Until you have this under control, think about ways of pleasuring potential partners, this then becomes your pleasure, etc .....
