It looks like it might be dermatitis, is it itchy or sore?

very sore but it is more of a large bump, the scab is from rubbing against my leg.

Maybe it is a cyst or an abscess then. You could possibly need some antibiotics.

its infected under the skin as u can see the redness use a warm compress to ease the pus to the surface

It could be hidradenitis suppurativa there is a topic forum here for it check it out.
If you eat carbs and sugar like cakes, pastries it may be the problem.
Very hard to get rid of dermatologist are not very good with H.S
