Ive had this painless, soft, purple-blue bump on my penis since before i can remember. I have never had a physical but doctors have had to look at my penis before and they have never noticed anything abnormal. Can anyone tell me what this is?

It's the colour of a birth mark, but they aren't usually bumpy. I would guess that it happened at the time of your circumcision, either by accident or because the foreskin was completely adhered to the glands in that area & had to be cut apart.
But if you where cut as an older child, then do you remember the lump been there before circumcision?
