I've had this for a while now. Please help. Is it bv or something else

The first time I got a yeast infection I was prescribed a cream and it worked. A couple of months ago I started noticing bumps and a whitish discharge and I don't know if I have a yeast infection again or it's something else. The discharge is not a lot to the point where it gets on my panties but it's just there around the vagina. There is no itching or pain or foul smell. It also seems as though the entrance is closing up or there are lumps and bumps there I don't know. Is this normal? Please help with advice

    Hi, is your discharge clumpy or much more thicker than normal ? These bumps, are they on your lips or on your vulva ? With yeast infections you can get bumps and is common.

      Hey,, yes it is clumpy and the bumps are on the vulva. My urine also has white particles which I'm not sure if it's from the discharge or not. Any idea?
