for the last few days i've had this, I cannot pee, it hurts way to much, hurts to walk and even sit. i have researched herpes, But ive had the same partner for 5 years. can anyone please tell me what this is

unfortunately looks like herpes outbreak herpes can lay dormant for years after initial infection i recommend going to a doctor to get swabbed while lesions are still there

This also could potentially be a yeast infection. Always best to just double check with your GP, or talk to a pharmacist about your symptoms.

yes, this looks concerning in regards to herpes. I would recommend you see a primary Doctor as soon as possible for a SWAB test. This also resembles some what of a yeast infection. Doctor is your best bet.
