I’ve had this issue for a few years - please help - pictures included

So i noticed a change in the head of my penis a few years ago and thought it may be due to using certain soaps and shower gels so i stopped using them altogether. I switched to an emollient shower cream and now i just use water but the problem still persists. its itchy at times, very dry and flaky and makes sex really painful. Also, after sex it usually gets worse and my foreskin becomes inflamed and swollen and the head of my penis becomes extremely red and sore. Does anyone have any ideas what this could be. my first thought is psoriasis but I'm not sure. I'm praying there is some sort of cream that can help take this away as it is really destroying my confidence.imageimage

    You most likely have a yeast infection.

    This looks like typical yeast balantis.

    Google yeast balantis.. Its not difficult to cure, might just take patience and abstinence though
