I've had this rash on my glans and shaft for months now so depressed please help need advice.

I've tried different types of cream prescribed for me anti fungal cream, corticosteroid etc. nothing works.

Tested negative for syph etc.

Been to dermatologist and urologist before but all came negative. I dont have a lot of money for multiple check ups 😥

Anyone have the same symptoms as this?

I have pinhead red dot like vessels aswell on the shaft

I noticed in your 2nd picture that your shaft skin appears darker - is this normal for you?

I've been struggling with similar / all kinds of symptoms for 1 year+ now and racked up significant medical bills and it's just referral after referral.

I just need to understand what it is to manage it and ensure it's not something I can pass along. It has been detrimental to my mental health / quality of life.

    please try not to stress,

you can do alot to heal your body, you need to commit to stop stressing. you need to do everything to improve your habits and lower stress.

it is important you Eat very healthy, a whole food diet, avoid refined sugar, spicy and processed food etc, drink plenty warm water, do not drink with meals, eat at set times. get good sleep and reduce stress. consider introducing aloe vera juice every morning and turmeric every evening. do not wash with soaps only what doctor perscribes or water or specialist gentle natural products.

    wear only cotton underwear.

soak up any urine still in urethra after urination, very important.

    develop these habbits for life.

it may take many months to improve so you need patience and commit to cleaning your body from the inside out.

you may need steroid cream if diagnosed with lichen, either way if you are diagnosed or not doing all these things will improve your life and your condition, it needs to be maintained.

    best wishes to you
