I’ve had this white bump on my lips for a while, i’m scared it’s something bad

It hurts if I put pressure on it, had it for 1-3 months. It was just a bump for then white stuff appeared then it went away but the bump stayed and now the white stuff is back. I’ve shared drinks with friends before, but i’m sure none of them have herpes or anything.
