I’ve had various symptoms for 3+ years and no diagnosis so far. What else can I do?

Hi,

I’m a 24 year old male. For the past 3 years I have been overwhelmed by feelings of sluggishness, fatigue, a weird taste in my mouth, inability to concentrate, irritability and more. It’s making my life hell. I feel like I’m watching my life in third person. It’s important to note that I have been to my GP plenty of times and had my thyroid checked (including T3 and antibodies), vitamin levels, checks for autoimmune disorders, and a test for celiac. All that comes back every time is my folic acid being low (despite treatment for 3 years) I can’t think of anything else to test but I’m hoping you guys can help out, as my doctors now palm me off with antidepressants even tho I’m in no way depressed.
