I’ve hate yellow, floating stools and I’m really sick.

So recently, I’ve been feeling really sick to my stomach. My guts hurt all the time. I have had severe stomach cramps and bloating, and really bad gas. Everything I’m eating gives me diarrhea. Or soft stools. And it’s yellow and floats. And after I have a bowel movement I feel really nauseous and uncomfortable and have a really bad upset stomach. I’ve also been having really bad chest pain and it’s hard to breathe. I’ve been having migraines. And really bad heartburn. I’m also really tired and exhausted all the time. My doctor also said I have carbohydrate malabsorption. I also have a hard time digesting dairy and gluten. And I’ve been having really bad pain and swelling in my upper and lower abdomen. What do you guys think is going wrong?

Yellow floating stools indicate pancreatic issues, mainly malabsorption of fat. This happens when pancreas does not have sufficient enzymes and/ or low in enzymes to process things like fats, carbs, fructose and gluten. This can cause bloating, gas and nausea similar to IBS symptoms. Stools are also soft because pancreas isn't processing and digesting correctly. Have your doctor check your pancreas to determine what is wrong, it can be as simple as EPI (pancreatic inefficiency) which can be maintained and simply fixed by putting you on pancreatic enzymes, or another issue with your pancreas. The sure test to determine how well your pancreas works is : fecal elastase test. Try to remain calm. While you wait for your doctor you can try the following: try some OTC pancreatic/digestive enzymes (sold on Amazon with lots of wonderful reviews to guide you), Zenwise brand is great. Some people have wonderful results by taking them and ease their unpleasant symptoms of gas, bloating and pain, and see if it helps with your symptoms. Enzymes will help make your stool more solid. Also, eat a low fat, gluten , and dairy-free diet for about three weeks, eliminate all the food that triggers your symptoms. Finally, the following foods are amazing to stimulate pancreas to produce enzymes: Garlic, sweet potatoes, kiwi fruit, pineapple, blueberries. I hope you feel better soon and wish you the best of luck!

You can get yellow stools from diarrhoea which is caused by your stools moving through you too fast because the bilrubin doesn't get a chance to turn your stools brown. Go back to your doctor for tests.
