I've just been diagnosed with bipolar disorder...

I was previously diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder in 2004 and then later the useless psychiatrist I had, decided it wasn't that and it was Borderline Personality Disorder and my treatment was changed. I now have a new psychiatrist and she has just diagnosed Bipolar Disorder again. I know the Bipolar diagnosis is right from what I've heard from friends and family and what I was experiencing. I feel so angry that I had 17 years of suffering because people thought I was trying to get attention, playing games or just being stupid. I was ill and needed true help that never came. I just don't know how I should feel now. I feel so overwhelmed with everything right now and don't know what to do or feel.
