hi I've just been diagnosed with fnd and I have just kind of been left to get on with it from the doctors once I was discharged from hospital after been rushed in. I have had umpteen episodes since is there anything I should be doing or not doing to help myself understand this condition any help would be much appreciated. thank you.

Welcome to the club with the longest list, nobody wants to join.
I agree that you are completely left on your own by clinical practitioners.
You should ask for an MRI to rule out other neurological conditions.
