Hello i have been experiencing pain over my kidneys for a while now , sometimes its the right side sometimes its the left side , sometimes when i feel the pain in the kidney area if i push a little bit with my hand i feel a pop and then the pain is reliefed , i consulted my doctor and he asked for blood and urine tests aswell as pelvic and abdominal ultrasound , all tests were perfectly fine and the ultrasounds didn’t show anything not normal , i even consulted another doctor who told me that ultrasound is enough to show if there is a cyst or an infection and that is most probably muscle pain . I got the flu few days ago and the pain is becoming more frequent when i stand up the pain is reliefed .. i would like to mention that my pee color is normal even transparent when i drink enough water im not experiencing fever or nausea , the pain is not constant it comes and goes sometimes but with the flu its comes more frequently , its been only a week since the ultrasound and the tests ....i would like to know if the tests i did are enough to reveal any suspecious problem in my kidneys and if its most probably muscle pain

Sometimes it is not necessarily the kidneys.  Could be a 'kidney stone" which is creeping along at a slow pace or perhaps Gallbladder pain.  But since you've had scans, then this certainly creates another modality.

I would see a specialist, preferably a Urologist or Nephrologist.  Your Internal Medicine primary doctor can do a consult for your symptoms.

    Good luck!
