I've lost my hunger trigger/appetite and taste pallet changed since August.

In August I realised after 3 days that I hadn't eaten. My hunger trigger just vanished. I feel full all the time and not hungry ever. My taste pallet has also changed. I used to have a sweet tooth. Now sweet things in my mouth taste like tinfoil. Does anyone else have this? I am extremely tired and find it hard to concentrate and I have had the shakes a few times. I'm drinking normally and can smell things but can now only taste things with strong flavour. I was vegetarian but now Wat meat for the flavour. I don't have any problems with gluten or eating food. It just happened. Specialist I am seeing is stumped and doesn't have a clue. If you can help or if you know someone with the same please get in touch. Thanks x

Had my thyroid checked 3 times as with diabetes etc. Nothing. Dr's are stumped. They say they haven't come across this before. Vitamin levels all okay also. Just so random! X

Google dysautonomia.  It is a disorder of the autonomic nervous system and is very hard to diagnos.  Most doctors overlook it.
