2 days ago it looked liked a bump with a white head. bump was kind of hard. 2 days later no white head which is why i circled it in my pics. any idea what this could be?

could have been from oil n dirt build up but if anything would be hpv I would think. have you ever been tested for that?

I haven't been tested for hpv recenly so i will definitely test for it. But now im thinking this particular bump could be from oil buildup because now it's almost gone. Thank you for answering.
