I've no physical energy. any suggestions?

Hi to all.  I'm OctoberV. I just had a hard time with my UC.  Starting to eat again, but physically tired no energy.  Can anyone make suggestions for energy?

    I was diagnosed with uc. last month. Had a terrible time . No energy Toilet 15 times a day.Appetite was ok though.Just been on Mezalazine for a week.Plus enamas. Still no energy.like you.Would also like suggestions for energy.

    Exercise and nicotine 'but not smoking' spray or electric.

    Two and a half years of feeling my life was over but now five months down the line and no sign of of uc and no more afternoon power naps. Life changing.
