I’ve noticed two small itchy bumps on shaft under penis

Hello, I've noticed yesterday in the shower two small itchy bumps accompanied with some swelling & redness. When I squeezed them clear fluid came out. I've been tested before this & everything came back negative aside from hsv1. I've been sexually active but refrained from oral & receiving oral. I'm not sure what this could be... any info regarding my situation would be much obliged especially from a healthcare professional. I applied calamine, gold bond powder, & antifungal spray. image image

    I still havent a clue what this is & im a bit worried. Im getting tested again for hsv2 tommorow. I'll keep this thread updated. Heres a photo of what it looks like now. It scabbed after a day or two from previous photos. The white you see is Lotrimin cream. Itching has subsided a little bit. No pain whatsoever. image
