I’ve recently started having pain like I had before my labrum repair

I am 15 weeks post op from my Labrum repair surgery. I was hurt at work so workers compensation is covering my bills. I had therapy before the surgery, my surgery was on August 20th of this year. I just had my first therapy session November 21st, but workers comp only approved the one visit and I haven't had another one yet. Ive been doing the post op exercises I was given the day of my surgery, as well as trying to do the print out of exercises I was given the one day I went to therapy. I'm worried because i've recently started having pain again. It feels almost exactly the way it did before my surgery. I heard a loud pop come from my shoulder a few days ago but I didn't experience any pain then. The last few days the pain gas progressively gotten worse, to the point it hurts to push clothes around in a pile ( i know thats a weird example but this was the moment i really started getting worried). I go to see my doctor this week, but I'm worried i will have to have another surgery. I've been out of work since March 17th of this year and I cant afford to be out if work another year. Had this ever happened to anyone else? Any suggestions on what I should? Is it possible for the sutures to break or muscle tear more around them? I know I don't have a frozen shoulder because I asked PT about it because it had been so long since the surgery before i had any therapy. Any Advice Would Tremendously!

I had surgery 8/21/19, I was out of my sling and started PT at 3 weeks post op. The first month I went three times a week because my spouses insurance covered it. I had to change insurance the next month so I cut it down to two times a week because it was so expensive and the third month once a week, and I also do all my exercises at home I recently stopped PT all together but continue to do my PT exercises At home. and full rest Seems to be impossible.

My other shoulder was hurt at the exact same time, and was probably torn the same way, so I expect I will have to have the same surgery but I can’t stand the idea of doing it right now until my right arm heals. I have slowly progressed with range of motion but the pain has never stopped. It’s not as intense as it used to be but I’m still in pain every day. I also did a loud pop on my shoulder reaching for something it seems your worst enemy is your reflexes, But my physical therapist and my surgeon both said at this point I probably didn’t hurt anything, I sure hope not. I would talk to your surgeon for other suggestions I’m sorry my answer really is no help but it help me to find out other people were still in pain also. I the fear of the unknown is what’s hard because you never feel like you’re going to finish healing up. Good luck and hang in there
