I've reduced my dose but still having depression and other side effects

Hi folks.. Ive been having problems Sleeping now I've reduced the dose.. Having "flash backs" to operations I had and other sad situations in my life. Anyone else experiencing these symptoms ? It's driving me crazy . but I want off Venlafaxine.. completely.. I hate it.. It's caused me A Lot of Problems over the years but I'm afraid to reduce it any further now.. any advice would be appreciated.. Thanks
