I’ve taken 91 Zopiclone in 3 weeks.

I've been going through a horrendous time, never felt so emotionally low in my life. I'm permanently on Citalopram and Propranlolol for anxiety but wasnt sleeping and feeling physically sick and emotional from such dreadful tiredness. My GP prescribed Zopiclone for two weeks but then she wouldn't give me any more. Out of desperation I bought some on the internet, and ended up taking about 7 x 7.5mg a night. I've now completely run out. I dont want to tell my GP what Ive done, I'm ashamed and it was illegal. Can anyone advise me on the most comfortable way to go cold turkey please. Life feels very bleak at the moment.....

    if u cant get anymore to reduce slowly then cold turkey will be the only option. it is not advised to go cold turkey. go to benzo buddies for help there there doesnt seem to be many replies here x
