I've taken a few overdoses and my ALT is now 53.

Over the past few years I have took 26 overdose of varying ranges of paracetamol from 10 to 64 tablets. Last time I had a blood test my ALT came back at 53. Should I be concerned?

    Just the first few paragraphs will do. Have I think about that, before taking any more paracetamol. I am only hoping that it might make you think.

    hey Laura, I do wish you well but I am not sure you are in the right place here, are you trying to push the boundries with your body to see what levels of punishment it can take? It would seem to me that 26 failed attempts at killing yourself are in fact cries for help, it's counselling of some sort you need. I am almost positive that taking 64 tablets would be fatal, if not immediately then very soon after, you cannot get the help you need from here, go to your doctor asap

    Thanx for that. Both true comments. I'm not sure if any of you are believers but through all this I do truly believe that there is someone watching over me and willing me not to die.
