I've taken too much panadol. Ive been having stomach pains. What should i do?

I took 46 panadols and have vomited twice. Been having stomachaches and i feel like someone has kicked me in the stomach. What should i do? I dont want to go to the hospital because then my parents will find out. Ive been depressed for a very long time. Cutting was always a solution but something happened and I just want to die. But i dont like the pain im suffering and I'd rather live. I made a huge mistake. I need help!

    Call the provider who prescribed the medicine. Explain what effects it's having. They should be able to help.

    You don't have to be afraid of others finding out about a hospital visit. HIPPA rules are strictly enforced! Unless you say no one can be contacted.

    If no other sorcerer can help please go to the ER.

    sweetheart,the majority of all of us leaving comments are all in the same boat basically wiv similar or different sories,we've all given time out for each other and trust me a few days I was in a darker plce compared to today,please sweetheart get yourself to a hospital now big chance that your liver wouldn't be able to cope with the amount you've taken and you could damage it,,your parents wouldn't find out and hospital have to be discreet unless you're under 18?and in that case it's vital that you go to hospital as your liver isn't fully grown,trust me even if your parents find out they'll rather have a daughter that's alive than a daughter that's dead anyday,please get medical attention now and remember everone that has commented care and are hee for you so don't ever think you're alone cuz you're not sweetheart.x

      I'm unsure if it was me you were trying to respond to. But I'm 42, I won't go to our clinic because I live in a very small town and I'm not interested in being gossiped about more than I already am. My boys still live here and I do not want them being harassed about their mom more than they are now. As for going to an er room I can't afford that much less face a person face to face and tell them how I feel. I am familiar with HIPPA and their guide lines, not everyone listens or holds their protocols true to what they call for. But today is a little less dark, we can only see what the future holds from here. :'(

    hi,I woke up this moning thinking bout you sweetheart and thought that I'll see whether you've replied,I see you haven't?,please reply back so I know that you're alright as kindda worried and don't want any harm coming to you.you're not alone,just look at all these people on here that are looking out for you,who took time out to send you a comment?it shows you're not alone and have to go through this dark time by yourself,you've also got your family,just try and talk to them and you'll be suprised how much love they have for you,again please let me know you're ok and how you got on and I'm there for you if you ever need to talk.reemus x

      Im fine, thank you for your concern. I want to the hospital had a blood test and some drips, im going in an hour for the results for my blood test

      Hi sweetheart I can't tell you how pleased I am that you went to the hospital.

      Darling I as I explained to you was a nurse, I remembered a young girl she was 15yrs she did the same as you but left it too late, within 72hrs of taking a paracetamol overdose ( she took 4pkts) sadly we tried so hard to save her because the tablets damaged her liver, she was put into a drug endives coma and needed a liver transplant she didn't make it, I'm telling you this because I've seen so many young people take overdoses and some were never sick, sadly when they did get symptoms a lot never made it,

      No matter how hard life can be never ever do this again sweetheart,take this as a lesson you did right in coming onto this site, my husband is a couceller he helps young people like you all the time and he's good at what he does, if you ever feel bad again please don't take pills that is not the answer, I hope you are a lot better and if ever you feel like that again feel free to msg me, I mean it ok?     Hi I have just seen these posts and am horrified.   I am so glad others were here to tell you what to do and you did it.   Well done sweetheart.   Let us know the results of the blood tests please and what happens.  You have your whole life in front of you and a lot of living to do before you die.  

    Get help with your cutting too as this can also be very dangerous.  Take care love.  x
