hi carol i too used to wake with s headache daily until i read on migraine trust website about the different types of migraine, for me it was yhe one were you wake at the same tine every morning around 2pm with a headache which would last all day. id seen a gp about it who told me to remove anything with caffeine in and walk outside more, this i do but still got headaches but perhaps not as many. After reading that i should drink a strong coffee before bedtime i thought id try it and that was in February and had no headache since . its been a miracle cure for me and given me some of my life back ( hope its forever).

I also have headaches every day. My doctor said it can be from low progesterone. I gave up all caffeine and try to eat very low sugar which really helped. I went from having severe headaches that left me in bed all day to more mild headaches that I can deal with. Hope you find something that helps you.

Hey Carol...
Hopefully you will find a solution that works for your well-being. Hormones WREAK HAVOC on us womenfolk! Suffice it to say, make sure you are drinking PLENTY of H20; whatever happens during your menopausal journey, make sure you are consistently hydrated!
