I want answers about what I have, Doctors are no help

Hi there, I am 25 years old. I have been suffering with intestinal problems for around five years now and doctors tell me I'm just fine even though I feel awful, and there is something I am worried about. I've had a colonoscopy done a month ago and they said everything is normal. But when I look at my anus it doesn't look good. It's Puffy, a purply red color and swollen. There is a tear in my a**hole that stings too. I get tears often. I've tried small anal toys and it hurts so much to even use them. There is a weird piece of skin sticking out on top of my anal opening I don't know what it is. it doesn't hurt but it's very ugly, and If I can remove it I will. The other concern is that small cluster of bumps on my labia that haven't gone away for two years. I've had STI tests done everything is negative. Am I going crazy or is something wrong here?
