I want to overcome this fear. Please help

It has been two weeks since I started this fear of avoiding solid foods. I'm afraid of potentially choking on what I eat, even though I chew properly and take small bites to avoid that from happening. But everytime I eat I feel like something is stuck in my esophagus, even though I can still eat and drink. Is it my anxiety tricking me into something stuck in my throat? I really want to overcome this fear and eat normally again without having to worry. I never feared choking on food ever since I keep eating something and I feel like something got stuck in the middle of my throat and I start panicking like crazy and I have difficulty swallowing from it. Any advice on what I can do? I talked to my doctor before and he told me I have sinusitis problems or nasal drip that can feel like food is stuck, but it's not.

Swallowing problems are called dysphagia, and the doctors who could diagnose and treat it are the the otorhinolaryngologist, gastroenterologist or speech pathologist. I don't know which specialist examined you, but if the passage of food is normal, if you had an upper digestive endoscopy and nothing was evidenced, it may be a psychogenic dysphagia, when there is an emotional background for it or even a phagophobia. In this case, you should see a psychologist to try to understand what is causing this sensation.
