Two weeks since my surgery...last night I slept all night pain free for the first time in probably 7-8 years ❤️💪💪💪

      During the day I take Tylenol at night I take my pain med...only one every four hours. I'm doing well and so happy to no longer have arthritic pain in my hip. So very glad I did this for myself 😊

    You shout as loud as you want Tammy. I have just walked over 2 miles for the first time since my op, 14 weeks ago so I'm going to put my feet up xx
