I Want To Survive

I want to cope with work anxiety, having load of various office and home tasks. Sometimes, things get difficult to the extent that suicidal thoughts start coming in my mind. I am sorry you may feel not good while reading this, but i want to survive.

There is NOTHING that is worth you risking your life over. If you are overwhelmed and have those kind of thoughts you really should speak to someone who can support you, like your doctor, physchologist, counselor...

    and you will.

even the fact that you wrote this, that you got the courage to ask for help and say that you want to survive is extremely strong and from the bottom of my heart, I am proud of you.

the thing is, life is such a B***H. there are constantly moments in our life when we think "that's it, I am not surviving this" but we do. and so will you. It's hard, it's just insanely hard but not impossible. start one day at a time, remind yourself why you want to stay.. don't let that little evil voice in your head control you or tell you things you know are not true. you are NOT at your lowest if you are still breathing. I believe in you and I just KNOW that a year from now, you will read this and think "damn, thank god (or whatever you believe in) I did not give up".

lots of love from another human being out there. we want you here. stay ❤️ 😃

of course you want to survive Matthew! You have a purpose for being here. of course we have to make a living so we can survive, and things can get tough sometimes.but don’t let it take you over, then it wins , life is so much more than that!

I am sure that you are tired when you get done with work. But if you could think of something to look forward to on your days off that would really help! maybe you already have that. I was just thinking that the thing that gives me the most pleasure in life is when I do something for somebody else. It gives me a feeling of purpose when it really makes a difference to them!

you have many gifts and talents that you may not even be aware of. there is so much good you can do in this world even if it’s just little things like reaching out and working a day say, at a soup kitchen feeding the poor, volunteering somewhere where people really need help, or you might even be able to think of something that you’d like to do.

i I have a friend who helps to train seeing eye dogs for the blind. She does this on the side and has a regular job. She said it’s so rewarding.

remember that work is just a way to support ourselves. It’s not the world. In fact it’s a small part even though it’s necessary.

I am just saying that don’t let work get to the point where you are so miserable that you want to end everything. That would be a waste of a beautiful life that could do so much good. ..... and at the same time bring you joy and peace of mind!

I just wanted to share that with you. And if you ever feel really down, reach out to a counselor who can help you manage.

I quit my job when it started to get to the point of affecting my health. It just wasn’t worth it anymore. Nothing is worth losing our health over.and work is NEVER Worth dying over!if you really need to talk to somebody right away here is a confidential number you can call for support and resources. 800-273-8255 in the US. take care of you! You deserve it ❤
