I was just diagnosed with a mass on my adrenal gland!!

I was just diagnosed with a mass on my adrenal gland 5.6 cm. I was told they believe at a phaochromocytima. I need to have it removed because it’s large, and I have high blood pressure, excessive sweating, tiredness and anxiety. I was told it’s most likely not cancer because it’s very rare but I’m extremely scared. I’ve never had surgery, in worry this can be cancer and I don’t know what to think. Next step is 24 hour urine test which I’m doing tomorrow. It’s scary because they say this is very rare to have in the first place, and I have it. I don’t know what to do!

    Hi everyone,

Please write about how you all doing now.

i was diagnosed with Adrenal gland adenoma 2 years ago. I went on 2 scans within 6 month and second time it grew 4 mm (total 1.9 cm).

Then Covid happened and i havent been ever since.

2 months ago I started having movement pain in that area. I assume it grew much bigger and pressing organs around.

I will go check it out in the next 2 weeks or so again, but I am so afraid!

I am 44 years old and a single mom to 6 year old beautiful girl.

No idea what to do. I was thinking to try and heal with immunotherapy and juice diet. I dont like the surgeries as they are very risky and dont really help 😦

I wish all the best to everyone!
