i was not prescribed fluoxetine, but for some reason i took 6 20mg tablets one day and 4 the next. during these two days i was drinking a lot of alcohol. on the second day i went(as my girlfriend put it) physco and started shouting and doing things out of the ordinary. i ended up doing something really stupid and took my grilfriends £10,000 car out and crashed it miles away from home. i can't remember much, but i can remember thinking that i didn't care whether i died or not. this reaction was totally out of the ordinary despite how much alcohol i have ever consumed. now i am looking at a court case, losing my girlfriend and her family who i love very much. can anyone give me any feedback pleasesad

6 20mg's , i'm sure no doctor would prescribe that kind of dosage, seen as the limit someone can take is 60 mg per day, so did you just take what you wanted to?

no wonder it sent you nuts if you was also heavily drinking,

i feel sorry for people who are depressed its horrible , but doing stuff like that like is just pure stupid

ignore the above comment . The last thing you need is people who dont know you casting judgement . Make sure you DEFO go to a gp and tell him everything . You will feel better for just doing that . Remember the hardest part of any journey is the first step . You will get the help and look back on this one day wiser and healthier . good luck .:?

hi, i have no magic want to make you feel better but i hope that you can see the other side of this dark patch. yes it wasnt ideal to take the tablets and crash the car, but lots of people have been in the same boat and just today i felt like standing in the road to get knocked down, but i didnt. i know that i will feel better eventually but for some reason i have to go through this really awful patch, and it is a patch. are you sure you will lose your girlfriend? maybe you are too negative. i hope she understands you and you stay together, but if not then its something you will have to accept, but dont forget that you never know what is round the corner. cling on to the hope.

get the court case over with, get yourself better and then think about others. sometimes its neccessary to be a little selfish and think of yourself.

    best wishes and be strong.:ok:
