Kieran, you will be fine and back to normal again soon. Did your GP not give you advice on withdrawal as droppping my 50% is a whacking reduction in one go so it is not surprising that you have relapsed. If you are looking to withdraw again i would drop down by 25mg or at the very least 50mg as opposed to 100mg. I would also leave it at least 6 weeks between dose reductions as the brain needs to metabolise and stabilise through the reductions. Good luck and hope you are back to normal asap.

Did you drop 100mg all at once? If so that is a big drop after being on it for 3 years, it was just a shock to your system. I would say to go back to the 200mg and get leveled out and if you still feel that you want to reduce, do it very slowly.
