I was on 75mg of Zoloft and switched to 10mg of lexapro

i weaned off zoloft 75mg. i took 50mg for three dsys then 25mg for three days, i started 5mg of lexapro at the same time. the following week i started 10mg of lexapro. does anyone know the dosage equivalent? does 50mg of zolft equal 5mg of lexapro? its been a total of 6weeks and man i feel very tired and sleepy with some anxiety. will this go away or is it too high of a dose?

    Hi Mike, these side effects should get better with time. I do not know about the equivalent of one med to the other. Lexapro did work for my anxiety but took quite a long time. Please work with a therapist or a doctor for counseling. Best of luck and God Bless.
