I was taking a shower and I felt a swollen bump on the outer part of my labia.

I’m on my period so I thought the pad was just scratching my vagina, but when I got in the shower I felt a bump on my labia and it hurts when I touch it. It’s not really red and it doesn’t have like a Whitehead so idk what it is... I’m kind of worried it’s some sort of sti or something. I just started having sex (I used a condom tho)  help me out?
