I was very happy to find that common table salt in a warm bath cured my Scabies. After soaking for 15 minutes, get out of the bath and drip dry. Do not use a towel, but if you must, just pat dry with kitchen towels as they are more hygenic. If needed, repeat after 4 days.
I feel this treatment should be made public, as it is free of harmful poisons associated with common cures prescribed by the physician.
The salt will get into the mite holes to kill the eggs, and also kill the mites on the surface almost instantly.
This is something all families have readily available in the kitchen, and is very simple to use.
Make sure all bedding is washed in at least 50 degrees, and clothing is changed and washed as hot as possible.

I heartily second this post. I had scabies and had applied peremethrin all over my body but could not get them out of my nose. I thought I was going to go crazy because my nose was intensely itchy for a whole year. I found some message board where someone said that salt was effective so I soaked my nose in hot salt water. The itch went away IMMEDIATELY!

Thanks for that suggestion. I am going to try it. I think the reason this is not something that is recommended as it's not something that generates any money for these greedy evil pharmaceutical companies. Just how I feel about them is all.

i think this is so amazing bcuz im literally out if the bath as im typing this and im going to give it a minute but all my clothes i judt took off im going to go ahead and wash them but i did notice a lot of mites in the water . are they black and tiny? well im drip drying right now and i just would like to thank you so so much just bcuz im going to keep repeating this nightly to see if their is any improvement. i have been dealing with this for about three weeks now andi was starting to go insane and was always depressed and crying all the time bcuzi was losing so much sleep and then waking up in the morning having to take care of my grandbaby and that’s what scared me the most bcuzi would feel so horrible if he is to get it whichi hope he doesn’t have it but I’m going to continue to do the same thing with him. he’s 11 months old would it be okay ifi did it to him with salt? and also what about furniture and the mattress do they stay inside the mattress as well? im going to clean my whole house tomorrow and deep clean anddisinfect everything. does anyone know about any spraysi can use todisinfect furniture and hardwood floors and bathroom sinks?
