i will have colonoscopy today. little stressed

Hi i was diagnosed obs 3yrs back and h.pylori gastritis 1yr back. Got h.pylori clear but still luttle burn in stomach exists. Past 2months nocturnal pain wakes me up with diarrhea. Now little blood 1-2 drops is there in stool. All blood tests negative. No elevated esr, crp or anemia. Going for colonoscopy today. Little stressed.

    Hi well preparation was as easy as ABC as i already had ibs attack diarrhea and didnt eat for 2 days so no problem with preparation. the procedure was painful though even under sedation. I saw my whole colon on tv. till sigmoid everything was good but after that at 2 points, it felt i would pass out. Doc couldnt check terminal ileum due to immense pain if he moved the scope forward. Colonoscopy was fine. No bleeding source was found. After scopy, i had passsed blood clot with watery stool after 3 hrs which is fine as doc says. my colon is all fine and will get repaired itself. he has given me cipesta xr 1 gram for 3 days. dont worry everything was as quick as abcd.

      I also hope of getting rid of ibs as bowel cleansing(for colonoscopy) sometimes settles ibs which may be due to toxins collected in colon.
