I’m 21 years old and I’ve developed some oral thrush on my tongue and I’ve had slight discomfort on my throat and it feels like something is there when I swallow. I’ve done a blood glucose test and it read 92,98, and 96. Does this mean I have cancer of some sort ?

There might be a problem, but I doubt it's cancer. If you have diabetes, that could be the cause of the thrush.
