I woke up with a long Precordial Catch Syndrome

Today at around 6:00 AM I woke up with the symptoms of a Precordial Catch Syndrome. No big deal, I thought, but after about 5 minutes, I still had difficulty breathing and chest pain. I had been fully vaccinated without a headache/fever so I didn't think it was COVID. I laid down on the bed for a bit longer, after about 15 minutes, the chest pain went away, but the difficulty breathing continued for another hour all the way until 7:11 AM. What is happening? Is it something more than Precordial Catch Syndrome? I am planning on checking with a doctor if this repeats anytime next week.
