I won my tribunal on 29th of June 2017 and the WDP said the date the judge put down was wrong it should of been 15/04/2016 but the judge put 11/04/2016 its only four days so now it will be 10 weeks on Thursday since my tribunal and still wanting on the judge to re-correct the error. I was wondering if anyone one else had the same problem?

Hi,
The best thing for you to do would be to give the Tribunal a call and ask what's going on. 10 weeks is ridiculous amount of time. Good luck.

Hi Denise I've been ringing them every week and I keep getting the same answer we still waiting for the judge to re correct the date and it's with a case worker I've been to cba and there send a letter to see why nothing been done and send the thing in a letter. Thanks Denise

That's terrible! I'm sorry it's taking so long and that i don't have an answer for you. Have you tried ring DWP? Not that that's much use i guess but i don't really have an answer for you, so sorry. Hopefully it's not too much longer.
