Balanitis is simply a generic description for irritation / redness on the head and / or foreskin of the penis.
The burning sensation you have is usually due to irritation in the urinary tract, and often this feeling can be present immediately following ejaculation, particularly if you urinate immediately following ejaculation.
Or, it could have been down to something the skin of the head / foreskin was in contact with. The most common causes of this would be contact with a chemical that is not usually in contact with penile skin - so, for example, if you had a slight amount of bleach on your hand and then handled your penis, such as when urinating the bleach residue mat have gotten onto your penile skin. Another example is, chefs learn about not slicing up chillies then going to take a pee without washing their hands first.
More typical examples is you may have used a soap or something like a shower gel that you had not used before, then got this reaction - or with the bleach example, perhaps in the process of cleaning the bathroom a little bleach has got onto a soap you subsequently used.
Simple thing to do to avoid potentials like this is to wash your penis with water only, then fully dry

Thanks Wee_Dugie, I'm following the soapless wash every day, but it burns when I pee, then it comes off.

While photos can give a false impression, particularly for an onlooker who does not know what your penile skin looked like previously, while you do - there is nothing obvious in terms of irritation to the skin.
When you say this:
" but it burns when I pee, then it comes off " - can you describe in detail what you mean?
Not sure what is coming off? Where is the sensation of burning - is it internal to your penis, or perhaps in your bladder, or does it seem more like the external skin that is burning?
What is going on - you need to fully describe ....... ?
