? Iwas just wandering if any 1 out could tell me if doing your exersises on a exers bike is just as good as lying down or standing up ones?

I can only tell u from my experience my bike is a upright cycle
Which suits me fine giving me good ROM

Just hitting week 10. Find the bike and the pool great for exercise.
A little more pain and that tightening sensation these last few days .. not sure why. Walk about 1 km every other day
It's a tough journey for sure

I'm at 10 weeks, too. Still tight but gradually easing each day. No pain.
