JUST WONDERING IF ANYONE HAS PROBLEMS WITH THEIR BOWELS AND LACK OF APPETITE AND JUST FEELING LOUSY STRAIGHT AFTER THEIR PERIOD ? I AM NOW GOING TO KEEP A DIARY OF MY SYMPTOMS THROUGHOUT THE MONTH TO SEE HOW EVERYTHING TALLYS UP . TO ADD TO IT IVE ALSO GOT A MIGRAINE . I USED TO GET THEM EITHER JUST BEFORE MY PERIOD OR DURING IT . I SUPPOSE EVERYTHINGS CHANGING
