IBS and greasy foods.

Can eating really greasy foods trigger IBS and cause diarrhea. Or spicy food

    Yes definately a trigger. It is thought that food with addatives in it, such as processed food can also trigger IBS especially IBS D

      Thank you Emily. I had eaten some brisket and afterward was hurting bad and started to get mild diarrhea.

    Triggers are  different for everyone but anything that irritates the lining of the wall of the colon can set of  problems

      Thank you so much. I usually feel the worse when I eat greasy food and spicy food. Sometimes even anything with bread.

      wheat allergy is a common trigger for ibs you can get wheat free gluten free breads but all very expemsoive

      Yes they are. I get bloated and feel pressure in my stomach sometimes when I eat bread
