So I've been to the doctors on numerous occasions and they seem to think I have ibs, my main
Symptom is excessive bloating and it's very uncomfortable and at times the pressure makes me feel breathless, it's at the point now where it's slight from when I wake up to pretty bad by the eveining. I've tried medications and they didn't seem to work. Does anybody else suffer from excessive bloating?

Have you tried keeping your dinner 'clean'; that is low in fats and carbs and high in vegetables with some protein like chicken breast? Then not eating after 7 pm? Drink a glass of water only between dinner and bedtime.
If you suffer from constipation, that can sure give you a bloated feeling so keep on top of that with plenty of fruits & veggies (6 - 10 servings per day), increased water intake, daily exercise...walking is excellent, avoiding tea until the constipation is under control, psyllium 1 tsp in a tall glass of water mid afternoon with a chaser of water if you can manage...and if that is not enough, what I personally take is 3 - 4 magnesium tablets before bed and I am regular first thing in the morning...and never with any pain.
It does sound like you are backed up. I watched a program on digestion and learned that we should be producing a 12 - 15 inch, soft, fluffy stool every morning....like Africans who are on a high fibre diet. http://altmedicine.about.com/od/coloncleanse/a/Foods-For-Constipation.htm
Also, maybe go for a relaxing walk after dinner.
Good luck!
