Ibs but looks more like someonething else

hi i have been stomach problem for the past 3 months doctors think its ibs but it looks more serious was given meds for ibs but its making me feel even worse when i take it and now i have extreme bloating and gas problem and my stomach really hurts ive done alot of blood tests and doctors are kept saying the blood tests are fine but i dont feel fine at my stomach hurts alot and so does my body and my bowel movments are not normal and stool smells really bad so if anyone can please tell me if its ibs or something more seroius.

    I dont think its serious, but with IBS you need to find which foods are giving you problems. Have you tried the FODMAP diet? You can Google this if you are interested.Which medicine are you taking?

      my doctor have given me mebeverine 135mg and lactulose 3.3g/5ml and the lactulose are helping but i feel like mebeverine makes me stomach even more hard.

    i think i agree your bowel seems to be ok. but. i am not an expert, have you pushed for any other tests? how you spoken to a dietician and when you say stomach where do you mean on your body and no i am not being rude but below the bells button and down the left hand side is bowel! IBS type pain can go anywhere. how you been medication or asked for any? keep a diary about the pain. good luck doesn't sound like fun!
