IBS or cancer?

All my problems started last year at the end of August, when we were on a vacation with my family. I had symptom(s) of: strong diarrhea, feeling that my bowel is not emptied totally.

By now all have symptoms like: fatigue (reason could be falling asleep at 1 AM and waking up 7-8 AM), since a few months ago I started waking up every morning to that I'm passing a lot of gas, and feeling the need of passing stool (it is always succesful, sometimes i go twice or three times in the morning too), my stools are thinner (not always), sometimes I see blood on my stool surface (i think i also have fissure since i checked it out with mobile phone camera (LOL), and it looked like a wound sooo yeah.), also I have sometimes nausea which is most of the time comes with lower-right abdominal pain which is sharp or dull. When this pain is present and I go to the toilet more than 2-3 times it'll hurt even more and I can't pass nothing but ribbon like stools. I also have sometimes pain in my left-middle part of my upper abdomen which is stabbing. I've realized that, after eating pizza or food which is spicier I'll have diarrhea in the next day morning. Do I have colon cancer? I'm 19 years old and I'm very very afraid. Please if someone has/had the same symptoms reply!!

P.S: sorry for my english.

I've had all of this, the pain in the bottom right which is often dull but the worst is the centre of my upper abs. It's sore to touch and I screamed when the doctor pressed it. 3 times diarrhea in the morning before work was a daily routine too (i was drinking too much coffee) and the bleeding is most likely to do with how often you are going especially if it's fresh blood. I honestly can't stress the importance of diet, the fact your eating pizza and spicy food suggests your diet isn't great. Google fodmap diet and give it a go, see how you feel after 4 weeks ' it made me feel worse for 1-2 weeks but ten times better once I'd adjusted. You should always go to your doctor if you're concerned, they'll be able to investigate and put your mind at rest.

P.s. I've had blood tests, stool tests, ultrasounds, endoscopy, colonoscopy and everything was clear. Hope that helps!

If you look through the colon cancer forum you will see dozens of posts from people in their teens-early symptoms with loads of GI symptoms worried they have cancer. At this age, the most likely culprits would be either IBS, ulcerative colitis, IBD, coeliac, chrons, or some kind of food allery/intolernace.

Stop worrying you have cancer and go and get yourself checked out.

Sorry, that's meant to say teens-early 20's. All the GI conditions I mentioned are very common at this age.

Sounds more like IBS at your age.  Avoid the foods that trigger symptoms and see your doctor for diagnosis. Stress will make your symptoms far worse.
