With endo you would have extreme pain and heavy bleeding in between periods and during your cycle. These are the classic signs. If you don’t have these symptoms, you are unlikely to have it.  I panicked about endo too but it was IBS.

Everyone is different with their IBS.  Typically, the pain moves about and is generalised.  However, some experience pain on their left side only.  Nausea and constipation/diarrhoea or both are common.

My symptoms started with constipation, constant, daily, generalised abdominal pain that moved about, loose stools, back pain and nausea. If your doctor thinks you have IBS and no test shows anything, your diagnosis will be IBS.   Diagnosis improved my symptoms dramatically.

A lot my posts have typos too; we could really do with an edit button!  In any case, health anxiety is also a symptom of IBS.

No, my pain temporarily improves after a bowel movement.  I get left, middle and right sided pain but not always in this order.  The location of pain changes a lot and rapidly.  However, I have been pain free for months.
