Does anyone with IBS also have palpitations and dizzness

    I have palpitations but have not been officially diagnosed with IBS yet. I do have Gerd and they say that goes along with IBS in many cases. I have had palpitations for many years, had heart tests, wore a monitor, came down to anxiety and many IBS sufferers have this. I am hoping to get some answers soon.

    I don’t get these symptoms but others do. Palpitations and dizziness may occur if your symptoms are causing you anxiety.  Dizziness may also occur if you are not eating much.

    Yes lots.  During bad flare ups your pain will send your Bp and heart rate up.  Palpitations dizziness and seizures. It's your body struggling through the misery. Ultimately it will give you a stroke. All I can say it's rough times and a lot of doing nothing which is also hard on your system.
