Has anyone experienced persistent IBS type stmptoms while being on Seetraline? I've been taking it since September and still continue to have these symptoms.
I was on Sertraline for almost a year, before briefly coming off it over the summer and didn't experience these stmptoms, so seems strange to be getting them this time around.

yes i did so i have come off it
sertraline is the cheap brand
zoloft is the proper brand

Aren't they just different names that are used in different countries?

yes. IBS is a side effect of excess Seretonin in the stomach but should calm down in the weeks ahead. Best of luck x

Thanks for your message Jon. I've been on it for over four months now though, so would've thought it would have calmed down already?
