i have not been formally diagnosed with ibs but ive been having all the symptoms for the past few months. the past few weeks however theyve gotten much worse. i have horrible pain thats constant everyday with very little relief. it is mostly under my left side of my rib cage but ive noticed that its wherever my colon is that i have constant pain. I have also noticed that i have colon spasms and the only way to describe what it feels like is like something twisting and turning in my stomach. please tell me i am not alone because this has taken a toll on my mental health more than i can even say.

have you had any tests done at all? I was diagnosed with IBS and have suffered with it for over 2 years, i get all kind of symptoms from abdominal tenderness, bloating, gassy, nausea, ribcage pain, lethargic. So many to be honest, some days i'm ok and some days i feel like crap. Did you speak to your doctor about your symptoms?

Believe me, you are not alone! Millions of people all over the world also suffer with this. Including myself. I get irritable bowel and then gastritis. So it starts in my intestines with cramping and loose stools and then it proceeds to go upward to my stomach where it’s terrible pain that radiates to my back. I’ve had this on and off for a few years now. my endoscopy showed gastritis and or dyspepsia. All of mine is brought on by stress and anxiety. I get so upset with myself that I can’t control the stress and anxiety which I’ve had my whole life. But I have virtual counseling once every couple weeks. I have to be very careful what I eat because that can bring it on also. I do hope you find some help sometimes it requires medication.

i do you suggest that you get it diagnosed so that they can treat you properly. It does not sound like anything serious, it sounds very familiar and what many people get. But there are some medication’s that will help you. Take care!
